3rd Grade: Wright Stuff
Teams will build two paper planes to try and accurately hit a target. This event may take place outside, inside, or both depending on site restrictions for events. If the event takes place outside it may be delayed or canceled if inclement weather with rain or lightning predicted, but not wind.

1. Rules Manual states that students must bring Safety glasses labeled ANSI Z87.1+ (impact rated). Does the label have to be printed directly on the frame of the glasses?
Yes
2. In the written section, participants are supposed to provide chart that contain a minimum of 5 practice launches and estimated flight times. Is there a template for the chart and is the understanding correct that the chart is prepared beforehand and brought on the test day?
Their is no template for students to follow. As long as the chart is understandable to the Event Supervisor and that it shows the required information it will be accepted.
