Middle (Div B) and High (Div C) School
Divisions B and C are VASO's flagship programs. VASO holds regional qualifying tournaments open to all registered teams in Virginia. The State Tournament, held after all of the regionals have been completed, is open to the highest scoring teams at the regional tournaments. The State winners in each division are then invited to the national tournament in May.
While waiting for the season, be sure to fill out our interest form. It doesn't commit your school to participating, but will ensure you receive all the timely notifications as the season starts
2026-27 Season
This summer, VASO is hard at work planning the 2026-2027 tournament season! We plan for tournaments at a variety of locations around the state. We already know, too, that there will be many Invitational tournament opportunities as well.
Tournament dates and locations will be announced in the fall. Typically, regional tournaments are in late January through early March, and teams have input about which regional they will attend. The State tournament will be in late March or early April.

The rules manual will be available in September, although the national organization has published the list of events. While waiting, please fill out our interest form so we can make sure you are kept up to date as the season begins.
