Section 4.d.ii: Remove a wedge that keeps a golf ball from rolling, so that the golf ball rolls at least 20 cm horizontally before the golf ball initiates the next action. The prohibition in Rule 4.b against using a wedge as a gate will not apply to this action at VASO tournaments. To be awarded points, the wedge must consist of two surfaces tapered to an edge such that the tapered edge is in contact with the golf ball in a manner that keeps the ball stationary until the wedge is removed.

Section 2.b: Impound: Team must impound before the first time slot their Device, Action Sequence List (ASL), and any tools or parts that they will use during their set-up time or run. Electric outlet access will not be available. ~~(Only State and National Tournaments).~~ This requirement applies to all VASO tournaments, including Regionals.

Section 5.c.ii: Teams will be instructed by the ES when to retrieve their impounded items ~~(State & National)~~.
